Jobs and Hard Work.
I was so happy to have been given a job, especially to be a special envoy. What my job meant was, Kublai Khan would send me to far areas of Asia that were before explored by Europeans. I always had with me a metal stamped packet that Kublai gave me to be able to show my official credits and ability. I was a envoy for quite a while and because of my hard word and dedication I got a promotion. I served as the governor of the Chinese city and later on I was promoted to a official Privy Council. I was also the tax inspector in the city of Yanzhou. Throughout all these jobs I've learned so much, and I will be forever grateful for the opportunity. I admired the idea of paper money and the production. I later discovered that I was an early anthropologist and ethnographer. My travels not only filled me with great knowledge, high-class jobs, and extraordinary stories to tell; it gave me adventure. An adventure I never even knew I craved until I got to taste it for the first time. I was the luckiest man on earth because I got to travel the world with my family. Works Cited
